1. Services Provided

Box & Go Movers provides moving, packing, and related services. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and acceptance of an estimate or invoice.

2. Estimates & Invoices

• Estimates are provided based on the information you share with us. Final charges may vary depending on actual time, distance, or additional services required.

• All invoices must be paid in full, using approved payment methods (processed securely through Stripe), before or upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must notify us of cancellations or rescheduling at least [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate moving details (addresses, inventory, access information, etc.)

• Ensuring items are packed securely if self-packed

• Notifying us of fragile or high-value items in advance

• Being present, or designating a representative, at both pickup and delivery locations

5. Liability & Limitations

• While we take every precaution to handle items with care, Box & Go Movers is not liable for damages caused by improper packing (if packed by the customer), natural disasters, accidents beyond our control, or pre-existing damage.

• For valuable or fragile items, we recommend customers obtain additional moving insurance.

6. Use of Website

Our website (hosted by Wix) is provided for general information and communication. Customers agree not to misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access.

7. Promotions & Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service updates or promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

8. Payment Processing

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. We do not directly store credit card information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
